The forms for “Change of Salary Schedule Classification Intent” are in the building offices.  If you are anticipating a lane change on the salary schedule for the 2014-15 school year, please fill out the intent form and return to Central Office by January 31, 2014.  If you have a question, please call the Central Office.
The filling out of the form does not require you to take classes or to change lanes in the fall.  Its purpose is to notify the Central Office of the possibility for change.
