Maquoketa CAGE/Speech & Drama Club will be hosting Maquoketa’s Got Talent on March 29th at MHS.  Auditions will be March 17 & 18 from 6-9 p.m. at MHS Room 300 (Krum).  If you can sing, dance, act or are in a band, why not try out and maybe you can be the next Maquoketa’s Got Talent winner.  For more information contact Mrs. Krum at MHS (652-2451 Ext. 256) or Mrs. Pfab at MHS or MMS LMC.
Building and Designing Simple Machines:   How do you build a simple machine out of LEGO® bricks? This mini-camp we will explore and test the function of different LEGO® technic components and discover how those components can work together to create all kinds of simple machines.  Campers will create a Spider that crawls on 8 legs and modify our Dragster for maximum speed. Campers will explore the creative process of model design and at the completion of the camp, each camper will have the opportunity to present his or her own design idea or design enhancements to family, neighbors and friends. Come build with us.
