Parents of FFA members, there will be a FFA Alumni meeting on January 25th @ 7:00 p.m. in the Ag Room.  Please plan to attend to learn about the future of the FFA program and the upcoming Fish Fry and Auction.

 

ALL STUDENTS: Please periodically check the table in the front window of the office for LOST AND FOUND ITEMS.  We have several items that need to be picked up!

The purpose of Pride Week 2017 is to honor students involved in winter sports. The following teams will be recognized with a poster displayed in the cafeteria:

 

Wednesday: Cheer and dance

Thursday: Wrestling

Friday: Boys and girls bowling

As part of the cardinal pride assembly on Friday, students and staff will be competing for the Winter Pride Olympic Cup! The 4 events in this season’s Olympic Cup competition include:

  1. An egg/spoon pass (probably not with actual eggs)
  2. A 3-legged race
  3. A Wheel barrow race
  4. Musical Chairs

Each grade should nominate at least 2 boys and 2 girls to take part in each event. Yes… you can nominate yourself! On the day of the games, each event will have 5 teams battling for the number 1 spot: Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, and STAFF! Winners will be randomly chosen at the assembly to represent their entire class.

 

Think you can beat the staff? To nominate someone, ask your teacher to add a name to the list below. Or, come to Mr. Voland’s room (room 209) any time during the day. If someone nominated you and you would rather not have the chance to compete, simply have your name removed from the list below:
