“B” Day

STUDENTS:

Students will be getting overdue book and lost book slips weekly from now until the end of the year

All books are due back to the library May 18

There will be an informational meeting for all students in current grades of 6th and 7th that are interested in playing middle school football next year. The meeting will be May 21st during the first part of zero hour.

Information will be discussed about football camp this summer, football next fall and all required paperwork that needs to be turned in before the season begins. If you are not able to attend the meeting on the 21st, please see Mr. Fuss for the information or email Mr. Miller for the information.

2018 Cardinal Basketball Camp will be Monday June 4th thur Thursday June 7th at the Maquoketa HS Main Gym. Cost is $35.00. Forms are in the office if interested.

“If you are an 8th grade boy interested in playing Boys Soccer at Maquoketa High School next year, please attend a meeting with the Boys Soccer head coach in the middle school cafeteria at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 18th.”
Any 8th grader interested in joining club hOpe next year, there will be an informational signup meeting in the Middle School LIbrary on Tuesday when Zero Hour Starts at 12pm. Please check in with your teacher and then come to the meeting. It should be done by 12:30

Want to celebrate the end of the school year and help make a difference?
Come to the Middle School Dance on May 25th at 6:30pm to 9pm at Maquoketa High School. This event is hosted by club hOpe will all net proceeds going to the local non-profit called Homeward Bound. Homeward Bound is a Husky rehabilitation that takes in husky dogs from all over the country, rehabilitates them and then finds them foster homes or forever homes. They currently just had a female Husky dog have babies and are in need of funds for shots to keep the baby puppies healthy. It costs $5 to get in and there will be a dance in the West Gym and a Dodge Ball Tournament in the new gym. Snacks and drinks will be for sale in the cafeteria! You have currently be in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade to attend this event!
