“A” Day

STUDENTS:

The Flashlight Team will meet todayduring A lunch in the art room. 7th grade members should grab their lunch and then join us. Members include:

There will be a track sign up meeting for all 7th and 8th grade boys and girls interested in track TOMORROW MORNING at 750 in the gym. You will need a physical and concussion form in the office in order to participate. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please see Mrs. Cavanagh or Mr. Miller at the Middle School for information.

Yearbooks are able to be ordered! This year ordering is all online. To order, visit Lifetouch Yearbook Website and enter code 12874322 to order a Maquoketa Middle School yearbook. They are starting at $18. The deadline is FRIDAY!

There will be a Student Council meeting Tuesday, March 22 after school in Mr. Fuss’s room (Room 34).

The Maquoketa Cardinal Soccer camp is an opportunity to learn and improve on skills (dribbling, passing, and shooting) while having fun playing the game of soccer!  Regardless of the experience or knowledge of soccer, all players are welcome! Players will also get to play in a game where parents/guardians are welcome to come and watch, along with receiving an official Cardinal Soccer T-Shirt! Forms are available in the office!

 

Like to paint, draw, or color? Use that creativity and create a poster for the Jackson Soil & Water Conservation District. This year’s theme is “Healthy Soil Healthy Life” and must be on the poster. For more information please see your science teacher or Mrs. Sampica. 1st Place winners receive $15, 2nd receives $10 with possible additional prizes if selected for the state level. Posters are due by April 29.
