Maquoketa Community School District

We are excited to welcome School Resource Officer, SRO, James Tenney to the Maquoketa School District. Officer Tenney supports all students and staff at our attendance centers as well as at activities and community events. He has been a great asset to our team by creating positive relationships with students, sharing information with staff and students about how to stay safe at school as well as providing training on our new Emergency Radios and responding to daily needs in buildings. Officer Tenney can also often be found drawing and handing out "art cards" for students as he has a talent for drawing superheros as seen in this picture at a home football game.
