A reminder that there will be a 2 Hour Late Start on Tuesday, March 3rd due to the Maquoketa Girls Basketball Team competing at the State Basketball Tournament on Monday night. Bus pick up and parent drop off on Tuesday morning will be exactly two hours later than our regular times. There will be no morning activities, no morning preschool or breakfast on Tuesday. Thank You for your support and Go Cards!

Intro to Business class today practiced skills they have been learning about supply and demand as Mrs. Manthei turned the classroom into the Pearl Market place. Students took turns negotiating prices as a buyer and seller to get the best deal, and then with twists learned how supply impacts demand!

Today marketing class enjoyed snacks and analyzed the Super Bowl commercials to identify target markets and rank their favorites!

Elena came to talk to the Intro to Health Careers class about opportunities after high school and the GAIN nursing camp.






The Maquoketa school nurses wanted to say a big thank you to the United Church of Christ for donating supplies to the school's cardinal closets. The church purchased items from the proceeds of their treasure sale.
