Due to the Extreme Cold Warning in effect for our area we will have a virtual learning day tomorrow, Friday, January 23, 2026.
Please note the following expectations for tomorrow:
Learning Requirements:
Grades K–6: Students should complete the learning packets previously sent home. These must be returned to school on Monday to be counted present for the day.
Grades 7–12: Students are required to log in to Canvas tomorrow to complete their assigned coursework. These must be completed by Monday at 3:00 to be counted present for the day.
Teacher Availability: Staff will be available to answer questions via email and Rooms.
Activities: All in-person activities and practices scheduled for Friday are canceled.
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we prioritize the safety of our school community during these extreme temperatures. Please stay warm and safe.

Due to the forcasted arctic front approaching tomorrow, our bowling meet against Anamosa has been moved up to today. Join us, Thursday, January 22 at Timber Lanes to cheer on our Cardinal Bowlers as they take on Anamosa. Meet will begin at 2:00pm. Tonight is also senior night for our bowlers. Good Luck Cards!

Tonight our home court will be the play zone for both our boys and girls basketball teams! Cardinals will take on Anamosa tonight, Tuesday, January 20th on our home court. JV will start things off at 4:15pm with varstiy to follow at 6:00pm. It's Saturday and than means it's meet day for our Cardinal boys. Junior Varstity wrestlers will be in Independence today hitting the mat at 9:00am.
