We are so proud of you!

Hello everyone! Thank you so much to the 4th & 5th grade families who were able to make it to tonight's transition meeting, it was a great turnout! If you weren't able to join us, that's okay, too! I am sharing the slideshow that MS Principal Rachel Truelsen and I referenced as we spoke tonight. We kept it pretty broad for this meeting and left time at the end for questions. If you or your student has any additional questions, feel free to reach out to either Mrs. Truelsen or me and we can follow up with you. We will have another meeting on Wednesday, May 7th at 5:30pm, at the Middle School. At this meeting, we will share some of the same information but with some more details, we'll show families where classrooms will be located, and have time for questions at the end. We hope to see you all there!!

Due to unstable weather conditions, including high wind advisories (gusts up to 60 mph) and potential snowfall reducing visibility, Maquoketa CSD will have a virtual learning day today, Wednesday, March 5th. The safety of our students, staff, and families is our top priority, and we are erring on the side of caution given the unpredictable nature of this storm.
📅 Conferences Update:
* Conferences today (March 5th) are canceled and will be rescheduled for Wednesday, March 12th.
* Conferences on Thursday, March 6th, will continue as planned.
* Additional details and conference sign-up information will be shared soon.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenging weather conditions.
Thank you for your flexibility, and stay safe!
Superintendent Notz
