Mrs. Adrian and Mrs. McLaughlin had a great opportunity yesterday to take some students who are interested in Electrical Apprenticeships to the Quad City Electrical Training Center!
Mrs. Manthei took 12 HS students to Briggs to share the career dodecahedrons (12 sided ball) they created about a career of their choice with the 5th graders! The 5th graders were great listeners!
To kick off December, the Briggs staff are embracing some fun, holiday-themed dress-up days! On Wednesday, Mrs. Recker challenged them to get a group together & dress up as their favorite holiday movie or group and WOW were they impressive!!
Starting next Monday, the Briggs students are invited to join in the fun and dress up according to the daily theme that was decided by our Student Lighthouse Team. Cardinal students will join in the fun beginning Monday, Dec. 18th and we will see "Who wore it best?!"

Our girls wrestling team made their inaugural debut tonight at Maquoketa High School beating West Branch 42-30. We are so proud of these Cardinal wrestlers and paving the way for all girls as they pursue the sport of wrestling! Go Cards!!
